Andrei Yurievich Bykov
His interests cover economic theory and history, gold and foreign exchange relations, international payment systems, digital economy, digital economy law, nuclear and gas energy industries, lobbystics as an integral part of the national economy, philanthropy.
Andrey Bykov was born in Moscow in 1963.
He graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations under the USSR Ministry for Foreign Affairs and well as Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
1985 – 1992 on diplomatic service.
Since 1992 has been engaged in scientific research and business.
The author of patents in the nuclear power industry; the law on the economic stability; monographs on lobbystics, digital economy history and theory.
An honorary citizen of the city of Maikop.
An honorary citizen of Pavlovsk Territory, Krasnodar Region.
Member, the electoral church council of the Russian Orthodox Church of 2009.
Has been awarded with 8 orders and numerous medals by the Russian Orthodox Church.
